1. Inquire & Book
Reach out and let me know about yourselves and your wedding day! We’ll briefly chat about your vision and ensure your selected package is the best fit for you. I can also answer any questions and help with any suggestions!

2. Engagement Session
Once you’re booked, we’ll begin planning your engagement session! This is a great opportunity for us to hang out before your wedding, and to get you a set of beautiful images to use for save the dates, your wedding website, etc.

3. Planning & Prep
I’m always available to chat about your wedding and help you if you feel stuck! However, about a 4-6 weeks before your wedding, I’ll send your questionnaire and help with your timeline, family photo list prep, etc. and we’ll go over all details together!

4. Wedding & Gallery Delivery
All of our prep has brought us to your big day! This is when you can relax and enjoy all of the hard work you’ve put in to make it happen. I’ll capture your memories and deliver your beautiful gallery within 6 weeks!

Most couples book 9-18 months in advance, especially for popular spring and fall dates in the Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia area. If you’re planning a shorter engagement, don’t worry, reach out and I’ll check availability.

Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the 30% retainer is paid. Until then, dates remain open and may be booked by another couple.

Most weddings work best with 8–10 hours of coverage. This usually allows time to capture getting ready, first look or private vows, ceremony, family and couple portraits, and reception moments and dancing. If you're planning a full send-off or a longer reception, 10 hours typically provides the most relaxed timeline.

Adding a second photographer is a very situational and wedding-dependent decision. Most weddings, from my experience, do not need a second photographer. If you have multiple locations, a tight timeline, or an exceptionally large wedding, a second may benefit you. We can discuss further if a second photographer is right for your wedding day.

Yes! Timeline planning is included with every wedding collection. I help couples build a photography timeline that keeps the day relaxed and ensures there is enough time for portraits, family photos, and natural moments throughout the day.

Absolutely. I photograph weddings throughout Fredericksburg, Richmond, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC, and I’m always happy to travel for destination weddings as well. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside of this area.

Most couples receive 600–900+ fully edited images depending on the length of coverage and the pace of the day. Every delivered image is carefully edited in my true-to-life, film-inspired style.

Your full gallery is delivered within approximately 6 weeks of your wedding. I also enjoy sending a small preview shortly after the wedding!

Your images are delivered in a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution images, share the gallery with family and friends, and order professional prints and albums. There are no download limits.

No, RAW files are not delivered. Every image in your gallery is carefully selected and edited to reflect the final style and quality of my work.

Yes, most venues require each vendor working there to carry their own liability insurance. I provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.

Yes. Professional prints and heirloom albums are available directly through your gallery. My full day collection includes a handcrafted layflat wedding album.
