Over the years, I've had the privilege of experiencing weddings from both the photographer and videographer perspectives. My journey into professional photography began as a hobby, but I quickly realized it was a passion I wanted to pursue professionally. To gain hands-on wedding experience, I joined Paperboys, a well-known wedding videography team based in Fredericksburg, VA, where I worked for several years as a second videographer. This role provided me with invaluable insight into the intricacies of wedding day flow, what to expect, and the best practices for capturing the most meaningful moments. While I loved being part of the storytelling process through video, I knew my true passion was photography.

Determined to grow my skills as a photographer, I made the leap to work alongside many talented local and regional photographers as a second/assistant photographer. This experience not only sharpened my technical abilities, but also taught me how to approach every wedding with a creative and adaptable mindset. It allowed me to work in a variety of settings, under different conditions, and with different styles—giving me the tools to capture weddings in a way that best serves my clients.

Today, with a well-rounded understanding of both photography and videography, I’m able to offer a comprehensive and seamless experience for every couple I work with. Each wedding I photograph is an opportunity to bring my passion, knowledge, and experience to create timeless images that my clients will cherish for years to come.
